GH Spoilers: Week of January 26

Kate discovers Claudia’s secret, but will she tell Sonny?

Secrets are discovered!

Claudia has done what she can to keep her secret hidden from Sonny, but he is on the verge of finding out what her involvement was with Michael getting shot. Kate encounters Carly at Metro Court and the two have a heated argument. Claudia breathes a sigh of relief when the DVD Sonny is about to play turns out to be a home movie of Michael and Morgan. Kate discovered Claudia watching the DVD Jerry sent her and becomes very suspicious. Olivia is the first to hear about the DVD and Claudia’s secret but tells Kate she doesn’t want to get involved. Kate later sneaks into Sonny’s house to retrieve the DVD, but Sonny catches her in the act. Kate makes up a story as to why she is in his house, but before she leaves, she nabs the DVD she was there to take. Once she is at home, Kate, plays the DVD and discovers Claudia’s involvement in Michael’s shooting. Kate takes the DVD and heads to the fundraiser with the intention of telling the truth and confronting Claudia. Before Kate is about to spill the beans on Claudia, she collapses. After security measures are taken, Kate is taken out of the board room. Claudia about to tell Sonny that Anthony shot Kate, but she too collapses before she tells.

Catastrophe Strikes GH

Spinelli and Jason are hot on the trail of Earl Braggs, the man who purchased the deadly cargo. They discover he was in a car accident and rushed to the hospital. Patrick tries to stop the surgery on Earl Braggs but he is too late as Matt, Elizabeth, Leyla and Monica begin to operate. Patrick wastes no time to stop the operation in the hopes of stopping a catastrophe from happening. Matt insists Patrick save the others first when he notices the anesthesia has also been released into the air of the operating room. Jason arrives just as Monica and Elizabeth are being taken out of the operating room, both unconscious. The situation becomes more volatile and Jason informs those in the board room they cannot leave. Kate and Claudia both collapse in the board room, while Patrick makes a horrifying discovery when examining Earl’s body.

Elsewhere in Port Charles …

Lucky and Sam decide to try to work things out. Nikolas pays a visit to Monica on Emily’s birthday. Johnny takes out his frustrations on Lulu and he storms off. Maxie is unsettled when she sees Winifred and Spinelli together and loses control of her and hits a snow bank. Lulu seeks advice from Carly on how to handle her relationship with Johnny. Luke catches someone breaking into the Haunted Star. The young criminal, Ethan, is no match for Luke Spencer.

Sam and Lucky face some hard truths about their relationship on Tuesday, January 27.

Patrick tries to stop a tragic event from happening at the hospital on Wednesday, January 28.

Johnny saves Maxie after she wrecks her car and they take shelter in an abandoned garage on Thursday, January 29.

The hospital is ordered to be quarantined on Friday, January 30.

Anthony decides to silence Claudia for good. Sam sees Lucky’s love for Elizabeth. Jason realizes the nightmare is far from over. The death toll at the hospital continues to rise. Maxie and Johnny realize they’re a lot alike. Claudia tells Sonny the truth about Anthony. Elizabeth and Lucky remember happy times together. Jason, Sam and Patrick are in a race against time. Robin and Emma are in dire straits. A lethal Sonny confronts Anthony about shooting Kate. Spinelli takes matters into his own hands. Johnny and Maxie find Robin but there’s no sign of Emma. The hospital is hit with a new catastrophe. Sonny comes through for Jason. Maxie is extremely alarmed by Robin’s behavior.
