WWE has made a change to its talent’s contracts. The company is now requiring all talent to purchase and maintain their own medical insurance.

As independent contractors, the workers would be able to write off the cost of their policies as a business expense. PWInsider.com reports this change in policy has been thought of for some time, and has nothing to do with a recent announcement from Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) regarding a change in their medical insurance.
