EJami chemistry is undeniable. Their on screen presence is a force to be reckoned with. This is a MAJOR reason why I watch soap operas for a couple like EJami. Finally, DAYS has opened their eyes and given me a couple that I can believe in and LOVE again. I have waited years for DAYS to bring this Powerhouse together and I will never grow tired of watching them. Wow, i watched the day ahead scenes and EJ and Sami definitly still have that sizzle and undeniable chemistry. They have gone through a lot, but they always come back to eachother because there is that pull between them. I hope Days gives Ejami a chance, they are so compelling and interesting.

I have watched Days for over 25 years and I am so overjoyed for the return of many veterans. I am looking forward to watching the ever evolving stories for the Brady and Horton families, but nothing is giving me more joy than watching the changes happening between Lucas Horton and Sami Brady. Their love story is amazing beginning as young teenage friends to enemies to devoted husband and wife. I can’t think of a better reason to tune into Days.

Our point is that Ejami have never been written as a couple. Until they have their own story written where they are committed to each other with a “real” relationship, as you say, Ejami hasn’t been given a fair chance. And they do have a tremendous amount in common – both are or have been outcasts from their families, both can use devious way to get what they want, both have tremendous devotion to family, and let’s not forget that they have two children together. Why shouldn’t they be given a shot as a full-fledged couple. As for the thin line between love and hate, scientists have proven it exists and have documented it in brain scans. I know everyone has their couple; you revealed yours in your opening line. We just want our couple to be given a fair and equal chance.

Why can we see more of Cane/Lily on screen? DG/CK are used in fanfares to promote the show but are hardly ever on screen. They are even used on Soapnet to promote the show but for the past 4 years this couple has been placed on the backburner, re-written to the point where they are almost unrecognizable as are all of the characters on Y&R. I don’t “ship” couples, I only look for entertainment. I can say, Lucas and Sami always entertain me. I have always been able to find something good in any couple.
ALL couples, except for one. EJ and Sami lack the quality that connects me to the couple. For me, “chemistry” isn’t everything. I like for relationships to be real. Yes, I know it’s a soap, and soaps are unrealistic. I love the resurrections and the insta-babies, etc., but when it comes to relationships, I find enjoyment out of the couples that work in a way more similar to real life, and EJ and Sami have done way to much to each other for them to be in love, in a realistic way. Also, I do not believe in the “fine line between love and hate.” There is love, and there is hate.
I’ve seen a lot of people that “ship” Ejami questioning why everybody doesnt want them together. And I hope that this clears it up, I’m not trying to say your opinion is wrong. I’m not trying to offend anyone. We all have the right to our opinion. I’m just trying to explain the reasoning behind the Ejami hate.

I loved seeing Lulu and Dante Falconeri together at the PCPD this week but wish they were on more, and not just at work. After seeing Lulu’s passion for solving the stripper beatings and her expressing frustration at how long it’s taking I can’t wait to see how this plays out for my favorite couple. I’m really hoping Team Falconeri gets a win for the PCPD!!

Am so liking the direction the writers are taking Lulu and Dante.(Even willing to give them a little leeway knowing Lulu isn’t a full fledged cop.) Not only does it spotlight the special
talents of Julie Marie Berman and Dominic Zamprogna as individuals, it affords them the chance , character wise, to pool Lulu and Dante’s best qualities as a couple and put them in service to a situation that relates to real life.
