The show co-stars Maggie Grace (Lost), Shawn Ashmore (X-Men: Last Stand), Natalie Zea (Justified, Dirty Sexy Money), Valorie Curry (Veronica Mars) and Jeananne Goossen (Alcatraz, NCIS). Marcos Siego, who worked with Williamson on the CW hit The Vampire Diaries executive produced and directed the pilot.

The Mob Doctor centers on a Grace Devlin (Jordana Spiro, My Boys), ayoung thoracic surgeon forced to become a “mob doctor” after getting into debt with the South Chicago mafia, all the while maintaining her full-time position at the most prominent hospital in Chicago. Zach Gilford (Friday Night Lights), William Forstyhe, Wendy Makkena and Jesse Lee Soffer (ex-Will, As The World Turns) co-star; Josh Berman (Drop Dead Diva) and Robert Wright, who wrote the pilot, will executive produce alongside Michael Dinner.
