Kicking off with the last episode before the Olympic Games preemption of “Days of our Lives,” NBC.com launches its “10 DAYS of Summer Event,” which offers fans a fun way to stay connected with the show.

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif.—July 31, 2012— NBC.com is offering viewers a chance to stay connected to the show and other fans during the Olympic preemption with two weeks of programming on NBC.com and GetGlue in a “10 DAYS of Summer Event.”
The “10 DAYS of Summer Event” will include the opportunity for fans to chat with their favorite cast member. Each day at 11 am PDT for 30 minutes, a member of the cast will lead an online Q&A with fans related to their character’s story line and tied to their behind-the-scenes video segment that will launch the same day on NBC.com. These daily videos dive deeper into the thrilling cliff-hanger episode while offering insight into what may happen when the show returns.
Fans that check in to the GetGlue conversation tool on nbc.com/daysofourlives will be able to Check in to the live stream, and claim their daily exclusive GetGlue sticker. Fans that check in to all the events can collect an uber sticker at the end of the event.
