Next week on Days of our Lives, it’s Christmas in Salem but not everyone will make it on Santa’s nice list. As former lovers reconnect, others in a state limbo seek to define where they stand.

Sneak Peeks: Week of December 24

Nicole receives an unexpected message from someone on Christmas Eve. Later, she asks Eric to spend New Year’s Eve with her. Will he accept?

Jennifer and Daniel plan a date, but Jennifer mysteriously cancels.

Brady keeps mum about his relationship with Kristen, but Marlena has other plans. The good doc encourages John to ask Brady about his holiday plans, knowing he’d be with Kristen. John is shocked by what he walks in on…

Eric gives Gabi and Nick good news about their pending nuptials, but later Gabi seeks guidance.

Sonny invites Will to spend Christmas Eve with him and his family at the Kiriakis Mansion. Later, Will fears he may never truly get to know his child.

Chad is determined to spend New Year’s Eve with Abby…but she may not get what he wants.

Source Look Ahead: Week of December 31
Salem rings in the New Year with tangled webs of romantic drama. Kristen reveals her true motives to John, and it’s a doozy! It’s been said that kisses don’t lie, so what happens when Sami finds herself on the receiving end of New Year’s Eve kisses from Rafe and EJ?! Nicole distracts EJ with a kiss of her own (but not for reasons you may think)! John and Marlena team up to save their son from Kristen. Will and Nick have a heated confrontation of Nick’s homophobic comments.
