TVSource Magazine has exclusively learned that former Bold and the Beautiful star William deVry (ex-Storm) has joined the cast of ABC’s General Hospital.

Original Report:

Though details about his character are slim at this time, sources tell us that the role is contract and he begins taping tomorrow. His first scenes with are with Emmy winner Maura West (Ava). Could William DeVry be playing a Jerome? Hmm…

DeVry rose to daytime fame as the sinister Michael Cambias on All My Children. For months, Michael schemed and plotted to take over successful business in Pine Valley. His obsession with the Kane women culminated with the rape of Bianca Montgomery, for which he was acquitted due to lack of evidence. Michael would later be killed by Bianca when he attempted to attack her again. The actor earned a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor for his role on AMC.

In 2006, deVry landed the role of Storm Logan on CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful. In 2008, a misunderstanding led to Storm accidentally shooting his sister Katie. When he learned that she would die without a heart transplant, Storm committed suicide so that his heart could be given to her.

William deVry’s primetime credits span almost two decades, most recently with recurring roles on The CW’s Nikita and Beauty and the Beast. He also appeared in a few episodes of the Netflix series Hemlock Grove.

TVSource Magazine has reached out to ABC for comment. We’ll update you as more information becomes available…
