One of Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) many foes has returned to Starling City and this time, she’s brought reinforcements.

China White (Kelly Hu) is back for the second episode of Arrow’s new season. We already know that she and her team are very invested in taking over the ruined Glades, but now The CW has released the first photos from the episode, “Identity.”

Since we don’t have many details to go on, we’ve selected a few of our favorite photos so we can share our theories on what we think is happening in the episode.

Meet Ben Turner (Michael Jai White). His alter ego is Bronze Tiger and he’s part of China White’s team. We’re guessing that Arrow has tracked them down in the Glades and wants to banish them from Starling City so this is the traditional good guy/bad guy circle faceoff that TV shows seem to love.

But this bad guy comes with his own set of tiger claws. Does the fact that they look like they’re smiling mean they’re having fun? Or perhaps they’re just bantering back and forth to make the death threats more interesting. Either way, we’re looking forward to learning more about this new character.

Is it just us or do Oliver and Dig (David Ramsey) not look very happy to be at this particular rally? Of course Oliver rarely looks happy to be anywhere because he’s got so much to deal with, but we’re guessing this particular moment might have more to do with him not being welcome. We know the city is not currently a big fan of the Queen family thanks to all of the crimes Moira (Susanna Thompson) committed.

Who is Sebastian Blood (Kevin Alejandro) and why is he running for office? Right now, he’s an alderman, but he’s running for mayor. He also has an alter ego based on the Teen Titans character Brother Blood so maybe that’s why Oliver doesn’t seem all that enthused by his presence – he doesn’t trust him.

Arrow returns Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 8/7c on The CW. “Identity” will air Oct. 16.
