Michiel Huisman is the latest addition to Orphan Black, joining Nikita’s Peter Outerbridge and Ari Millen.

Huisman’s current role on Nashville has him playing Rayna James’ producer and sometimes lover since season one. TV Line broke the news of his Orphan Black casting, describing his character, Cal Morrison, as a “rugged, resourceful outdoorsmand with surprising emotional depth and a sixth sense about people and situations.” All of these attributes will come in handy when Cal crosses paths with several of the clones. Sounds like things could get really interesting.

He is the third addition to the cast, joining Outerbridge, who will recur as Henrik “Hank” Johanssen and Millen, who has a multiple episode arc as Mark.

Season 2 of Orphan Black will premiere in April 2014. For now, you can catch Huisman on ABC’s Nashville, airing Wednesdays at 10 PM ET/PT on ABC.
