‘Sons of Anarchy’ Review: ‘Los Fantasmas’

This week on Sons of Anarchy we deal with the fallout from Tara’s plan against Gemma. By ‘fallout’, I mean everyone is suffering except this bitch Tara.

It will come as no shock to the weekly reader of my blog, that this post will be me unleashing the fury on the bitchface known as Tara. I have hated her forever, and based on tonight’s episode, I have decided even a quick death for her would too good for this asshole.

What have I said all along? THIS PLAN WAS STUPID! I even had to deal with a comment last week that the plan was basically ingenious and Tara had no choice but to do this. At least someone exists in this world as Tara to keep her company. GEMMA figured everything out. Yes Gemma, who cannot even spell Nero’s last name if she tried. Want to know who else figured it out? Wendy, Tara’s lawyer, Unser, and even the moronic cop Roosevelt buys that Tara did this all. Here’s a tip, if you are going to include people in on a plan a basic rule to follow should be TELL THEM EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLAN!

One good thing came out of this. Everyone in on the plan now hates Tara as much as I do. Gemma is not wrong here. Jax will figure this out. Wendy was so traumatized by the level of deceit that she turned to drugs again. She realized that even if Tara did give her custody, it was not worth all the hatred everyone has for her. Also, how pathetic are you that someone as basic as Unser now hates you?

So now the big grand scheme occurs and Tara finally pulls a fast one on Gemma, so what does she do? She drops the charges against Gemma and says she doesn’t intend for her to go to jail ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….um………………………………………………………………ah………ok………………………………………………………………………………………………………………THIS IS WHY I HATE YOU! You go out of your way to pull this off, do something completely and totally evil, and then you backtrack and say its not what you intend, and then start to think this was all a bad idea and that you might want to stay with your husband?….DIE ASSHOLE!

And can we talk about poor Jax? He doesn’t know how to talk to his wife after her supposed miscarriage, and realizes he cannot do anything to fix it. It’s made him realize he doesn’t want to lose his wife….this undeserving bitch who is pulling the wool over his eyes. For God’s sake I hope he shoots her for this. Wendy got shot up with heroin, this bitch deserves at least a gunshot wound in the kneecap.

While Tara is ruining everyone’s life around her, the Club is dealing with being linked to the school shooting. Yes the school shooting, the real tragedy, not the fake miscarriage. What bothers me most about this story is the club still acts like they had no part in it. Guess what, you did! Let’s all keep pretending we didn’t run an illegal guns trade and maybe the problem will go away. As much as I dislike Patterson, I enjoyed when she threw the photos of the dead children at Nero. If she cannot get him to turn against the club, she can at least scar him psychologically that those deaths ARE their fault.

I also got semi excited that Nero took the fall for the school shooting, but of course I will be stuck watching him and Gemma again, because good things happen to these bad people all the time. I mean they don’t even lose real babies, they lose fake ones. It would be nice if someone from the club at least acknowledged, hey we did this, and its bothering me…but nope it’s business as usual.

Even when the father of a dead child attacked them, Tig said that this man thinks we killed his kid. Well here is a question: if you weren’t at all to blame then why did you stop the gang from killing him? Jax? Tig? Anyone? Because you feel guilty! If any one of their kids had been the victim of the school shooting, the men of SAMCRO would have went after the culprits just as this father had.

Overall, revenge was the major motivation in tonight’s episode. Tara got her revenge and won, but it got her nothing. The father of the dead child killed one man, but it did not bring back his son. He took his life because in the end it was all meaningless. Tara’s plan, and the effects it has had on everyone else, has made everything she worked for meaningless.  The state of her relationship with Jax is in disarray and she doesn’t know if she wants to fix it, when he wants to. Talk about being a terrible winner.

MOMENT OF THE NIGHT: Jax confronts Gemma and he doesn’t want to hear her side of things. He explains that she is to have no contact with his family, and that “GRANDMA IS DEAD.”  And with that, Jax finally took his “Oedipus” out of Gemma’s “rex.”

LOSER OF THE NIGHT: TARA! TARA! TARA! ….Can I get a TARA!

ONLY WINNER THIS EPISODE: Bobby got to interview some new potential prostitutes. I think this bastard is having more fun than anyone.

Will the Tara fallout continue next week? Will more people realize that she is a demented bitch who should be buried alive at this point? Is Patterson still plotting to take down the club? Clay is back, will he be running the guns for the Irish? Can I get invited to a Tig and Venus wedding? Tune in next week for a new Sons of Anarchy!
