‘The Originals’ Preview: Unexpected Visitors Bring Trouble in ‘Crescent City’

We’re still trying to recover after last week’s fantastic episode of The Originals. Papa Tunde might be gone, but now Celeste has all his power and we still need to find out what scores the other back from the dead witches are in town to settle.

One of those witches has some issues with Father Kieran, who is reopening the church for the first time since the horrific incident with his nephew (which was also caused by witches). The priest is in danger and Cami is forced to make a difficult decision and judging by the pictures, we’re guessing that involves Klaus.

But Kieran is not the only one who has a reason to fear the witches. Rebekah and Marcel are worried that their secret might come out now that the witch they used to track down Mikael has returned. We’re curious how she ended up dead – perhaps the vampires wanted to tie up loose ends and killed her as soon as she did what they asked?

Elsewhere, Hayley wants to throw a party for her werewolf clan since the full moon is coming and they’ll be able to turn human again. But nothing is ever as simple as it seems and uninvited guests crash the party. We’re wondering if those guests include the man in the picture with Rebekah.

And if all of that wasn’t enough to get us excited for the episode, Elijah is forced to choose between his family and Hayley and Sophie makes an unexpected discovery in the cemetery. The video preview gives us a pretty big clue what that discovery is, but the official description provided by The CW warns that Sophie will realize things might not be as they seem.
