Lifetime is betting on more incest with the Flowers in the Attic for 2015. The network has ordered If There Be Thorns, based on the third novel in V.C. Andrews’ Flowers in the Attic series.

The third film will bring about a new cast, with Sex and the City alum Jason Lewis (Brothers & SistersCharmed) taking over the role of Christopher Dollanganger; and Rachel Carpani (McLeod’s Daughters) playing Christopher’s sister and lover Cathy, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Mason Cook (Legends) will play Cathy’s son, Bart. If There Be Thorns follows the Dollanganger siblings as they live their forbidden romance as a “normal” married couple in California with no one aware of their biological ties, not even their children.

Lifetime previously recast the roles of Christopher and Cathy after the first film, which featured Mason Dye (Teen Wolf) and Kiernan Shipka (Mad Men) in the lead roles. Wyatt Nash (Pretty Little Liars) and Rose McIver assumed the roles in Petals on the Wind.

The fourth film, Seeds of Yesterday, is currently in development. If ordered, Seeds would premiere in late 2015.
