General Hospital’s Rebecca Budig to Appear on Home & Family

0

General Hospital maneater Rebecca Budig (Hayden) and her dog Woody will be appearing on the Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family Tuesday, March 31st.

In a fun twitter exchange with GH’s Executive Producer Frank Valentini and Head Writer Ron Carlivati, it was announced that Budig would be joining GH as part of the daytime drama’s Fan February. Budig began her stint as Jake’s (Billy Miller) “wife” Hayden this month. Hayden is hired by the dastardly Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) to pretend to be amnesiac Jake’s wife in a ploy to keep Jake apart from Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), the objection of Ric’s affections.

Budig’s television appearances include Guiding Light, Hope & Faith, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, How I Met Your Mother, Skating with the Stars and Blue Bloods but she is best know for her role as spoiled debutante Greenlee on All My Children. Her film work includes Batman Forever, Getaway, Please Give and Bad Parents.

Home & Family airs weekdays at 10 am ET/PT on the Hallmark Channel. The daily, two-hour lifestyle program is filmed at Universal Studios in California. The show is an informative, lively and entertaining mix including celebrity guests, chefs, designers, and even audience members. The series is hosted by Mark Steines and Cristina Ferrare.
