Production has begun on Starz’s Power prequel series Power: Origins. The series is the origin story of fan-favorite characters Ghost, Tommy and Kanan as ambitious young entrepreneurs on the rise. Cast members joining the previously announced Spence Moore (Ghost), Charlie Mann (Tommy) and MeKai Curtis (Kanan) in recurring roles are Jennifer Ferrin as Kate Egan, Lizzy DeClement, as Jill Wexler, Lenny Platt, as Lenny Seidell, Armani Gabriel as J-Boogs, Everett Osborne as Omay Moreau, and Jason Dirden reprising his role as Traymont Stinson from Power Book III: Raising Kanan. The first season will consist of 18 episodes and is filming in New Jersey.

Prime Video’s God of War series has been confirmed to be renewed through a second season. Frederick E.O. Toye will serve as director on the first two episodes of the series based on the Video game series. The series war ordered back in 2022.
