In the episode airing September 8, friends and family of Billy Abbott (Billy Miller) & Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will gather to watch this rebellious come together in holy matrimony. Elinor Donahue(Father Knows Best) will play Judge Anderson in the episode.

Don’t expect Victoria’s father, the great Victor Newman to be pleased with this development. The mustache will stop at nothing to ensure this wedding doesn’t happen….
