In just a few weeks, The Vampire Diaries will return for another season of unpredictable television. The always complicated threesome of Stefan (Paul Wesley), Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) will become even more complicated now that the evil Katherine Pierce (Nina Dobrev) is back in Mystic Falls. Elena’s sinfully delicious doppelganger made her mark at the end of last season when she stabbed Elena’s uncle John & kissed Damon! What will this Katherine have in store for the residents of Mystic Falls? You ‘ll have to wait and see, but the CW is eager to entice you leading up to the season 2 premiere on September 9. In a new promo called, “Year of the Kat,” the CW gives fans a sneak peek of what to expect this season involving Katharine and company. Get ready….the “ex games” are about to begin.
