One Life to Live‘s Hilary B. Smith (ex-Nora) is joining the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful!
Just hours after the series finale for One Life to Live aired on ABC, Soap Opera Digest announced the actress will join B&B as Dr. Stacy, a sex therapist. Given the promiscuity of some of the residents in Los Angeles, she should have a lot of work!
“Hillary is a formidable actress with a powerful screen presence,” said executive producer Brad Bell. “I look forward to collaborating on this new and dynamic character with her on The Bold and the Beautiful.”
Smith spent the last 20 years as Nora Hanen Buchanan, one of Llanview’s best attorney’s and dedicated civil servants. Her daytime career in 1982, when she portrayed the role of Kit McCormick on NBC’s The Doctors. She jumped ship to As the World Turns in 1982, taking over the role of officer Margo Montgomery. Margo would fall for attorney Tom Hughes (then-Justin Deas), becoming one of ATWT’s most popular supercouples.
The actress starts work on B&B later this month.
