Hart of Dixie” is off to a great start for its second season. The show is doing a nice job balancing drama with comedy and the first two episodes utilized the small town and its quirky residents. This week, The CW drama is back with a new episode, “If It Makes You Happy.”

ICYMI: ‘Hart of Dixie’ Recap: “Always on My Mind”

When we last left Bluebell, Zoe was determined to stop sleeping with Wade, George had failed in his attempt to have a one night stand, Lemon was trying to prove to Brick that she was a good waitress, but she’d managed to poison Emily in the process. What’s in store for them this week?

[SPOILERS AHEAD]

From The CW: “WHO WILL WIN / TONY AWARD NOMINEE LAURA BELL BUNDY (“LEGALLY BLONDE: THE MUSICAL”) GUEST STARS – When Zoe (Rachel Bilson) reads about her fellow classmates’ accomplishments in her alumni magazine, she is upset that they list her as “retired” and invites the reporter to Bluebell for an interview. However, Zoe had a hard time convincing the reporter that she actually has a thriving medical practice in Bluebell – that is until she comes across a rare and potentially serious disease. Trying to be considerate of Lemon’s (Jaime King) feelings, George (Scott Porter) informs her that he is going out on a date, making her feel that she too needs to find a date. Meanwhile, Lemon and Lavon (Cress Williams) both find themselves in competition with their nemesis Ruby (guest star Golden Brooks). Wilson Bethel and Tim Matheson also star. Elodie Keene directed the episode written by Alex Taub.”

Check out the pictures below for (shirtless) Wade tempting and annoying Zoe, George going out on a real date (Brick doesn’t look pleased) and Lemon spending some quality time with Annabeth (guest star Kaitlyn Black).

“Hart of Dixie” airs Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. EST on The CW.
