We’ve still got three episodes to go before Suits signs off for the summer, but USA Network is already releasing intel for the second half of the show’s third season. Olympic swimming star Michael Phelps will be dropping by for an episode in 2014.

Phelps recently declared Suits his favorite TV show on Twitter and the series producers took notice. The swimmer will show up in the winter premiere (no official airdate at this time) as the one sports client Harvey (Gabriel Macht) has been unsuccessful in his attempts to land.

But Mr. Specter is not the only lawyer interested in having Phelps on the client roster. Scottie (Abigail Spencer) wants to be the one to bring the swimmer into the fold and make a name for herself at the firm in the process.

The last time we saw Harvey’s sometime lady love, she was not too happy with him so we’re guessing fighting over a client is going to bring up some issues.

On Wednesday, Macht tweeted that he was looking forward to working with Phelps.

Suits airs Tuesdays at 10/9c on USA Network.
