‘The Talk’ to Announce Daytime Emmy Nominations This Thursday


Daytime Emmy season has begun! The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) and CBS’ The Talk will announce the nominees for the 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards on Thursday, March 24.

This is the second year in a row the high rated CBS talk show has been tapped for the honor. NATAS will release the full nominations online immediately following the live announcement.

After the Daytime Emmy Awards ceremony on Sunday, May 1, The Talk will continue the celebration with its fifth annual “After Party,” honoring some of the night’s biggest winners on Monday, May 2. Guest names will be announced following the Daytime Emmy Awards early Monday morning, May 2. Hopefully all the networks will participate this year.
