Days of our Lives Spoilers: Kate’s Power Play

Kate finds herself with a reversal of figurative fortune by the end of the week. First, she meets with Chad at his behest with the goal of rebuilding DiMera Enterprises. Meanwhile, while she’s focused on business, Nicole follows up on a lead from John regarding the drugs found at Brady’s place. After learning shocking information, Nicole reaches out to Deimos and Victor and reveals Kate purchased the drugs – the same ones used on Theresa! They deduce Kate was behind the kidnapping and the Kiriakis brothers take off to confront Kate.

Kate denies the accusations at first but later admits to being behind it all, hoping that Victor and Deimos would destroy each other in the process. When Victor and Deimos threaten to turn her in, Kate reveals they won’t because she has enough information on them to put both of them away for a very long time. Kate may be pleased with herself for the time being, but has she awakened a sleeping monster? Victor and Deimos are formidable adversaries on their own, but together, they could be more dangerous than anyone could have expected. Victor and Deimos must come up with a plan to frame someone else for Tate’s kidnapping.

Salem’s Axis of Evil – Clyde, Orpheus and Xander decide to put their combined resentment for those in Salem together and plot an escape from their current living situation in prison.

Laura gives Jennifer surprising news about Abigail.

Chad has second thoughts about letting Adrienne and Lucas take custody of Thomas. Later, Sonny reaches out to Chad and takes him out for a much needed fun outing.

JJ tries to make things right with Gabi.

After being chewed out by his new boss, Shawn confides in Hope, questioning if working at the PD is the right thing for him.

Kayla has some choice words for Steve, but by weeks end a health scare puts them in close proximity.

Eve returns to Salem for Theresa’s bachelorette party and shares a warm reunion with Brady and Nicole.

Hope is unnerved when she learns Aiden plans to reopen the investigation into Stefano’s death.
