Paging Dr. Forrester! Ashley Jones (ex-Parker, GH) is due to check back into the CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful as Dr. Bridget Forrester.
In an exclusive with Soap Opera Digest, Jones talks about her return to the LA sudser stating, “I was so excited to get the call to come back. B&B has been my home for so long, and I think of Bridget as a part of me. I will always come back when they invite me.”
Having joined B&B in 2004, we last saw Jones in 2016 for a short visit and it sounds like this visit will be along the same lines. So whats the special occasion? Well, no one throws weddings more frequently, and ad nauseam, than the The Bold and the Beautiful.
After leaving B&B, Ashley Jones joined General Hospital as professor Parker Forsyth, gaining popularity with her on-again, off-again pairing with a newly out Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth.) With Kristina on her way back, we wonder if after her trip to LA, Jones will take her talents back to Port Charles. The (revolving) door is always open after all…
