The Young and the Restless Spoilers: The Ties That Bind

Chelsea’s been released from the mental facility and she wants to take Connor to visit Anita who’s in the hospital recovering from a broken hip. Adam says no, citing that Connor is getting settled at the Newman Ranch and into a routine and not wanting to disrupt his life. Chelsea complains to Sharon that she has no say in her relationship with her son, that Victor and Adam call all the shots. Sharon pleads on Chelsea’s behalf to Adam stating that keeping Connor away from Chelsea is adding to the toxic cycle Adam and Chelsea have been in. She feels being allowed to travel with Connor will add to Chelsea’s sense of self worth and agency. Sharon feels Adam allowing Connor and Chelsea to be together is the healthiest choice for everyone. Adam relents and is prepared to allow Chelsea to take Connor with her…until Victor steps into the picture. Will Victor continue to play God? Stay tuned!
