Netflix has released the first image from the upcoming fifth season of The Crown (see above). The image shows Imelda Staunton taking over as Queen Elizabeth II. Season 5 will likely air in the winter. 

The Criminal Minds Paramount+ reboot series may not be happening after all. When asked on twitter about the status of the revival, cast member Paget Brewster responded “We think it’s dead. I’ll let you know if there is any progress but it seems unlikely.” 

Hulu has set a premiere date for their newest series, The D’Amelio Show. The docuseries follows the extremely popular family who got their rise to stardom on Tik Tok. All 8 episodes will drop on Hulu on Friday, September 3. 

Bruce Campbell has joined the cast of Peacock’s A.P. Bio. Campbell will play the father of the lead character Jack Griffin (Glenn Howerton). The series was renewed for a fourth season in December, its second on the streamer. The first two seasons aired on NBC before it was cancelled, then picked up by Peacock. 

Billions returns to Showtime Sunday, September 5. The trailer for Part 2 of Season 5 is out now.
