Following the news that The CW had pulled The Librarians: The Next Chapter from the fall schedule, the series is now on the move to TNT, set to premiere in 2025. The series is a spinoff of the original TNT TV series The Librarians, that followed the adventures of the custodians of a magical repository of the world’s most powerful and dangerous supernatural artifacts. The new series centers on a “Librarian” from the past, who time traveled to the present and now finds himself stuck here. When he returns to his castle, which is now a museum, he inadvertently releases magic across the continent. He is given a new team to help him clean up the mess he made, forming a new team of Librarians. 

A Man on the Inside will premiere this November on Netflix. Charles, a retired man, gets a new lease on life when he answers an ad from a PI and becomes a mole in a secret investigation. It is based on the documentary “The Mole Agent.”

James Spader is set to reprise his role as the voice of Ultron in the upcoming Marvel series Vision Quest. The series is a continuation of Disney+’s WandaVision. Spader played Ultron in the film “Avengers: Age of Ultron”.

Charithra Chandran has joined the cast of One Piece as Miss Wednesday. Chandran joins previously announced new cast members Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk, Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra, Brendan Sean Murray as Brogy, Callum Kerr as Smoker, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Clive Russell as Crocus, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Julia Rehwald as Tashigi, Rob Colletti as Wapol, Ty Keogh as Dalton, Werner Coetser as Dorry and returning cast members Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, Taz Skylar as Sanji, Ilia Isorelys Paulino as Alvida, Jeff Ward as Buggy, and Michael Dorman as Gold Roger.

Rob Riggle and Nikki Garcia will host Chestnut VS. Kobayashi: Unfinished Beef, live on Netflix September 2 at noon PT. It will take place from HyperX Arena Las Vegas inside Luxor Hotel & Casino. Calling the match alongside Riggle and Garcia will be Cari Champion and Chris Rose. The main event will be preceded by two epic undercards, featuring competitive eater, YouTuber and 2015 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest winner Matt Stonie versus a yet to be announced opponent, and Guinness World Record holder for eating Leah Shutkever. 

Season two of Snapped: Behind Bars premieres on Oxygen September 1. The series goes beyond prison walls to speak with women convicted of murder years after their cases were covered on Snapped. For reasons ranging from indignation to regret, the ladies reveal their thoughts on the horrific crimes that changed their lives.
