In light of the ongoing tragic wildfires in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, CBS has postponed the season premiere of Hollywood Squares which was set for January 9. The premiere will now take place January 16. 

Sakamoto Days premieres January 11 on Netflix with weekly episodes. Once the greatest hitman of all, Taro Sakamoto retired in the name of love. But when his past catches up, he must fight to protect his beloved family. 

Onside: Major League Soccer premieres February 21 on Apple TV+. With unprecedented access to players, coaches, and clubs, the series explores the electrifying moments and captivating stories that make the 2024 season unforgettable, and goes beyond the pitch with the personalities that power Major League Soccer (MLS). It will deliver an in-depth look at MLS to viewers around the world and celebrate the unrivaled energy of the league. 

Stop motion series My Melody & Kuromi will premiere on Netflix this July. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of My Melody and the 20th anniversary of Kuromi, the series takes viewers on an adventure in Mariland, their whimsical home. A special sneak peek reveals the characters in their adorable stop-motion form – and they’re so cute you’ll want to reach out and touch them! My Melody is a straightforward, cheerful girl who cares deeply for her younger brother. She enjoys baking cookies with her mother. Since her debut in 1975, she has continued to be loved by a wide range of fans. Kuromi, who debuted in 2005 as My Melody’s self-proclaimed rival, may seem like a troublemaker, but she’s actually quite feminine. 

The Åre Murders premieres February 6 on Netflix. A Stockholm detective under internal investigation heads to a ski resort to unwind, until a young girl’s disappearance compels her back to work.

Ahsoka has recast the role of “Baylan Skoll” following the death of original actor Ray Stevenson. Rory McCann will take over the role on the Disney+ Star Wars series. 

The American Revolution, a new six-part, 12-hour documentary series that explores the country’s founding and its eight-year War for Independence, will premiere on November 16 and air for six consecutive nights through November 21st on PBS. The full series will be available to stream beginning November 16 at PBS.org and on the PBS App. 

Universal Kids is set to shut down March 6. The network was previously known as Sprout and aired many children series. 

The Snow Girl 2: The Soul Game premieres January 31 on Netflix. How far would you go to find the truth? The Roshans premieres January 17 on Netflix. This documentary series chronicles the trials and triumphs of Bollywood’s iconic Roshan family – musician Roshan Lal Nagrath, Rajesh, Rakesh and Hrithik.
