HBO has renewed Youth for a second season. The series starring Sharon Horgan and Rupert Friend follows a 50-year-old divorcee’s search for sex and love whilst juggling caring for her ailing parents and parenting her should-be grown up son.

Season three of Percy Jackson and the Olympians premieres November 20 on Disney+ with two episodes weekly. The series will adapt “The Titan’s Curse,” the third book from Rick Riordan’s bestselling series, for the first time. If Percy Jackson learned anything after completing two epic quests with Annabeth Chase, it’s that he would be lost without her. So when Annabeth is captured by the forces of Kronos, Percy must embark on a perilous journey to rescue her. He must free a goddess in chains, confront the Titan’s curse, and avoid triggering the fall of Olympus. With Grover by his side, Percy must join some unlikely questmates to confront a prophecy with dire consequences.

Secret Service premieres November 22 on MGM+. Adapted from Tom Bradby’s bestselling novel, the series follows senior MI6 officer Kate Henderson (Gemma Arterton), whose covert investigation uncovers evidence that a high-ranking UK politician may be working as a Russian asset. With trust shattered and her career on the line, Kate must navigate the shifting sands of political loyalty, international threat, and personal sacrifice as she races to uncover their identity before it’s too late.

HBO Max released A Story of Derry on Halloween. The special explores the origins of IT in Derry. IT: Welcome To Derry will return for a second season.

Netflix has reached a multi-year deal with Druski along with his 4LIFERS Entertainment company, to create original content exclusively for Netflix. His semi-scripted comedy series Collect & Praise will premiere December 1. Faith comes second to fortune as a money-hungry megachurch pastor (Druski) and his unpredictable deacon (Mike Epps) scheme their way through scandal, chaos and controversy in this comedic episodic series. Netflix will also license select content from Druski’s existing catalog, including Coulda Been Love, Coulda Been Daddy, Coulda Been Records Auditions and his comedic skits.

Days of Our Lives continues to stream on Peacock this fall. The series follows the lives, loves, and conflicts of the Horton, Brady, DiMera, Kiriakis, and Hernandez families and their many friends and colleagues.

Quiztopia premieres December 17 on Netflix. In an alternate Japan, the government-sanctioned quiz show “Quiztopia” has become the supreme authority. Under a newly enacted law, contestants who win have any wish granted by the government, no matter how absurd. Wealth, fame, murder, erasing a criminal record, founding an independent nation, or even taking private ownership of public landmarks – nothing is off the table. The live broadcasts of these quizzes command staggeringly high ratings. Those who lose face severe penalties such as forced labor, but the eager viewers in this cheerful dystopia readily consume it as entertainment. When the show’s wildy popular and charismatic host KK (Takayuki Yamada) crosses paths with a group of dissidents aiming to overthrow the system, a revolutionary event threatens to break the spell gripping the populace.

Deadly Women 2.0 premieres November 10 on ID. The updated series will continue to dive into the motives, psychology and obsessions that led seemingly ordinary women to commit deadly crimes. Guided by criminal psychologist Dr. Michelle Ward and criminal and forensic psychologist Dr. Rachel Toles, the series covers shocking cases from femme fatales to love triangles and scandalous affairs and the psychology behind them and their perpetrators. While continuing to cover dark and provocative cases of women who kill and featuring first-hand accounts from those close to the cases, it will delve deeper into the psychology behind the crimes – unpacking the obsession, betrayal, relationship dynamics, and other triggers that factor into these female perpetrators’ decision to carry out deadly acts. Over the course of the season, Dr. Michelle Ward and Dr. Rachel Toles will use their extensive backgrounds in criminal and forensic psychology to explore a variety of cases from custody battles and work rivalries that escalate to violence to romantic disputes and forbidden love that turns violent.

Style Wars premieres November 11 on hulu with the first two episodes. The looks are fierce, but the competition is fiercer. Just purely relying on fashion instincts.
