On the last episode of Hart and Dixie, Zoe and Joel finally agreed on a house and made the decision to buy instead of rent. It’s a big step for the couple and one they might not be ready for, not only emotionally, but financially.
“Should’ve Been a Cowboy” will find Zoe and Joel as homeowners to a place that needs a lot of repair (remember the termites?). But a small town doctor and a novelist don’t really have a lot of money so those repairs are going to be an issue. Brick comes up with a solution for Zoe – if she can help the townspeople lose a collective 500 pounds.
Meanwhile, Joel is still having trouble with his writing. Since the Truitt brothers aren’t on hand to hold him hostage, Joel decides to follow Wade around (because Wade’s life is obviously way cooler than his). But then Wade leaves Joel in charge of the bar and things don’t exactly go well for Joel.
AnnaBeth is dealing with some issues of her own in true Bluebell fashion: focusing on something else so she doesn’t have to acknowledge them (more problems with Lavon?). That ‘something else’ is a last minute bachelorette party (which can’t possibly be as awesome as Lemon’s was during season one). Check out the video below to see the ‘entertainment’ AnnaBeth finds for the guests.
Hart of Dixie airs Monday, Feb. 3 at 8/7c on The CW.
