In addition to the 18 shows renewed in March, CBS announced today that it would renew CSI: NY for its ninth season, but CSI: Miami has been canceled after ten seasons.

CSI: NY, the drama about crime scene investigators working in New York City, starring Gary Sinise and Sela Ward, is the latest in a steady stream of renewals by the network, which started making announcements in early March when they renewed 18 shows, including The Good Wife, NCIS, CSI and Criminal Minds.

Two and A Half Men, the popular comedy that made a lot of headlines in the past few years, was given the official renewal on Saturday for its tenth season. The comedy stars Jon Cryer, August T. Jones and Ashton Kutcher, who stepped in this season to replace Charlie Sheen.

In addition to CSI: Miami, CBS also canceled freshmen dramas Unforgettable, A Gifted Man and NYC 22 along with the comedy Rob. The fate of the David Spade comedy, Rules of Engagement, remains undecided.
