TVLine was the first to report the news that an official airdate had been set for the last episode, which according to TVLine is titled, “New York, I Love You XOXO.” The CW will air the episode on Monday, Dec. 17 as part of a two-hour special. The first hour of the night will feature a look back at the show’s six-year run.

What can we expect from the series finale? Thanks to some filming photos, we know that Chuck and Blair and Serena and Dan will have weddings, but the question remains as to whether or not those are real or part of some kind of dream sequence.
