Thorsten Kaye Debuts as ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’s’ Ridge Forrester this Friday!

At long last, the newest addition to CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful, Thorsten Kaye (ex-Zach, AMC), will make his on-screen debut as the new Ridge Forrester, this Friday, December 13. Last seen in 2012, Ridge returns to a home, family and company that is very different from the way he left them.

As previously reported in October, Kaye takes over the role from longtime favorite Ron Moss.

“Thorsten’s powerful screen presence and vast range as an actor has intrigued me for years,” said The Bold and the Beautiful’s Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley Bell. “The timing was right, so I took the opportunity to cast him in the role of Ridge Forrester. I’m confident Thorsten will make this role unique on every level.

Thorsten Kaye is best known for his roles on One Life to Live and Port Charles, for which he was nominated for two Daytime Emmy Awards, as well as All My Children, for which he was also nominated for two Daytime Emmy Awards.  His additional credits include a recurring role on Smash.
