The Polls Are Closed And The Results Are In!
After five days of voting, the polls are officially closed and the results are in! We asked “One Life to Live” fans what couples they felt would be a hit this summer. Based on our pre-selections, you decided two winners that will move on to round to and represent “One Life to Live.”
Your winners, with a total of 28,789 votes cast….
First Place – Starr & Cole with 34.1% of the vote (9,823 votes)
Second Place – Jessica & Brody with 29.7% of the vote (8,538 votes)
It was a week full of ups and downs. Viki & Charlie and Rex & Gigi took an early lead with Jessica & Brody in a close third. Midway through voting, fans of Starr & Cole rallied hard, encouraging their fellow fans on twitter and other message boards to vote for their couple. and Natalie & Jared came out full force, dominating the polls for a full day. During the last stretch, Jessica & Brody fans pulled out the stops to ensure their couple would make the top two.
Starr & Cole and Jessica & Brody will go on to represent “One Life to Live” in the final round of our “ABC Summer Hit” Couple Poll. Starr & Cole and Jessica & Brody will go up against the top two “All My Children” and “General Hospital” couples.
