The coming and goings report for daytime — May 10th Edition.

The revolving door of Daytime is forever swinging and in the most recent weeks has been no exception. Newcomers, welcomed returns, controversial exits and cameo appearances grace the daytime screen in the coming months. How will these comings and goings effect your favorite show? You will have to tune in to find out!

Coming to Pine Valley

Michael Nouri joins the cast of AMC as Caleb McGraw, the new love interest for Erica Kane (Susan Lucci). McGraw is the head of a new family that will be introduced through his character. Nouri has recently starred in the FX series Damages.

Coming to Oakdale

Mary Beth Evans will be returning to Oakdale as Sierra Montgomery. Last seen in 2004, she will return for a handful of episodes. “A few days after wrapping DAYS, I got a call to NY return for a handful of episodes of ATWT,” Evans reported in her blog at Hybrid Mom.

CBS Soaps In Depth reports Sierra won’t be alone either. A spokesperson confirmed to SID that Sierra and Craig’s (Jon Lindstom) daughter Lucy will return as well. The question remains…who will play the character?

Peyton List, who portrayed the role from 2001-2005 is arguably the most popular Lucy. List can currently be seen on ABC’s FlashForward. Spencer Grammer, daughter of television star Kelsey Grammer, took over the role in 2006 and left the same year. The actress currently stars on the hit ABC Family dramedy Greek. Sarah Glendering played the role last from 2008-2009. If we had our pick, we’d bring back Peyton List.

Billy Warlock has joined the cast as a yet to be named character. The actor joins his real-life Julie Pinson, who plays Janet Ciccone Snyder. He’s scheduled to air sometime in July.

Terri Garber is set to reprise her role as con artst Iris later this year. Garber returned to the set of World Turns last month to begin filming.

Also returning to the show is Jesse Soffer and Emmy winner Jennifer Landon as Will & Gwen Munson. Will Iris and her daughter Gwen cross paths? We’ll see. No first airdate has been given.

CBS Soaps In Depth is also reporting that Kristina Sisco Romero will reprise her role as Abigail Williams, daughter of Holden Snyder (Jon Hensley) & Molly Conlan (Lesli Kay) for a couple of episodes this summer! For more on the latest CBS returns, please visit
