Newcomer Andrew Trischitta to take over the role of Jack Manning on One Life to Live.
New Face for OLTL’s Jack Manning
One Life to Live has again aged the eldest son of Todd Manning & Blair Cramer. Beginning February 22, Andrew Trischitta will take over the role of the Jack Manning. Trischitta reported to the set earlier this week and taped his first scenes. Trischitta replaces Carmen LoPorto, who’s played the fiesty Jack since September 2007. Upon Trischitta’s debut, the character will be aged to 15.
Last month, LoPorto announced the character was being aged. “I got a call this week that they SORAS’ed Jack and I am no longer a member of the Manning Family,” he wrote on his Facebook page. “It’s been fun and an experience that I will never forget. Thank You All Again. Here’s to bigger and better things to come in 2011.”
The now 15 year old Jack will join his recently aged sibling Sam, who is being played by 5 year old Patrick Gibbons Jr. Gibbons replaced twins Jacob and Luke Clodfelter.
Trischitta has appeared in several commercials including ones for Ring Pops (see below) and Ruby Tuesdays
