In Hawaii, an angry Jason and Sam face off with the trio of Carly, Shawn and Josslyn in their honeymoon shack. But the question at hand is now, is Franco in Hawaii, too, or is Carly the only one crashing in on Jason and Sam’s honeymoon? As Shawn stands guard outside of the shack, Carly and Jason exchange some heated words and later, they discover Sam peacefully asleep with Josslyn in her arms. Is this peaceful scene a foreshadowing of Jason and Sam’s future? Meanwhile, Franco sets out with a baby of his own to play with…

Lisa moves on from Anthony to Johnny. Spinelli seizes an opportunity to reunite with his non-wife. Steve announces he has filled the open pediatrics position and Robin is not happy.
