Smallville star Justin Hartley is joining the cast of The CW’s Hart of Dixie this spring!
TVLine reports the heartthrob will a possible love interest for Rachel Bilson’s Zoe (aren’t they all?). Hartley will play Jesse, a “charming” southern boy and war hero. Interesting that Hartley gets hired for another CW series just one day reports of a possible Green Arrow pilot hit the media. What are you up to CW?
