Emily Has Problems in New 'Emily Owens, M.D.' Preview

Emily Owens is having one of those days where she just wants to hide from the world and attempts to do so in a new Emily Owens, M.D. preview released by The CW.

It’s her first day on the job and Emily is looking forward to being a real adult. Med school is behind her and she wants to take that next step. Too bad her high school nemesis is working at the same hospital she is and the first thing she does is chat up the guy Emily is crushing on (Side note: Why isn’t there more Justin Hartley in this promo?). But a fellow doctor is quick to point out that things could always be much worse.

Emily Owens, M.D. premieres Tuesday, Oct. 16 on The CW.
