CW orders full season of 'Arrow'

0

Good news, “Arrow” fans! The CW has picked up the superhero drama for a full season today, ordering the back-nine episodes for a total order of 22.

The show’s star Stephen Amell was kind enough to break the news on Twitter this morning. Amell tweeted, “Best way to start a Monday? Getting picked up for your back nine episodes. Thwick. #Arrow.”

Of course the news is hardly surprising given how well “Arrow” has been doing in the ratings the past two weeks, but we’re still excited that there will be plenty of shirtless Oliver Queen moments in our future. Oh, and all that fun superhero and villain stuff too.

“Arrow” airs Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. EST on The CW.
