‘Port Charles’ Alums Jon Lindstrom, Erin Hershey Presley Heading to ‘General Hospital’

It’s a Port Charles reunion in Port Charles! TVSource Magazine has learned that former Port Charles stars Jon Lindstrom and Erin Hershey Presley are scheduled to report to the set of General Hospital next month!

Lindstrom will reunite with his longtime leading lady, Lynn Herring, who recently returned to the soap as the lovely Lucy Coe.

Lindstrom joined GH in 1992 when he originated the role of sociopath Ryan Chamberlain. One year later, he would go on to play Ryan’s twin brother, Dr. Kevin Collins. Ryan was killed in 1995, but Kevin continued to be a factor in Port Charles and would for almost the next decade. Lindstrom and Herring’s popularity resulted in their characters being chosen to anchor the General Hospital spinoff, Port Charles, in 1997. They would remain major characters on the show until its cancellation in 2003. The actor reprised the role once more for a guest appearance in 2004.

Presley joined the cast of Port Charles in 2000 as Alison Barrington, granddaughter of wealthy socialite and philanthropist Amanda Barrington (Anne Jeffreys). Alison became Port Charles’ resident heroine, battling the likes of the evil Caleb, Livvie and Joshua with her friends Jack & Jamal and her lover Rafe.
