Multi-Platinum Recording Artist Jason Derulo to Perform on ‘All My Children’

Pop star Jason Derulo will debut his new single on The Online Network’s All My Children this July.

Singer-songwriter, Jason Derulo, is one of the music industry’s most talented performers. Discovered in 2006 on the TV show “Showtime at the Apollo,” he skyrocketed to the top of the charts in 2009 with his debut single “Whatcha Say.” His debut album, Jason Derulo, sold over 14 million tracks. This September he will release his third album, featuring the single “The Other Side,” which he’ll debut on AMC.

“I was thrilled to stop by Pine Valley to perform my new single,” he says. “It’s such an iconic show and it’s cool to be a part of its revival online. I have nothing but love and respect for the cast and series and had a blast on set.”

Derulo will perform at a gala hosted by Brooke English (Julia Barr), who personally invited him to perform. The episode was taped Wednesday, May 8 and will air Wednesday, July 8.

The musician is the second music act to appear on The Online Network’s rebooted soap. Pop-rock band Hot Chelle Rae is scheduled to appear in the Thursday, May 9 episode.

Brand new 30-minute episodes of AMC air Monday through Fridays and are available for online streaming via Hulu.com.
