‘The Fosters’ Summer Finale Preview: First look at Lena and Stef’s wedding!

Monday’s summer finale of The Fosters, “I Do,” finds the family preparing for Stef and Lena’s wedding! It’s truly a family event when Stef and Lena’s parents come to share in their sacred day. Stephen Collins (7th Heaven) and Annie Potts (GCB, Designing Women) guest star.

Lena and Stef struggle to remain calm while planning their wedding. Lena’s dad, Stewart (Stephen Collins) has offered to officiate the ceremony, leaving Stef’s mom, Sharon (Annie Potts) and Lena’s mom (Lorraine Toussaint) to argue over exactly how the festivities should go down. As if that doesn’t make matters worse, Sharon tries to force Stef’s conservative and resistant father into coming to the ceremony.

Meanwhile, Callie’s case against Brandon comes to a head and she’s faced with the reality that she may not be able to get justice against him – unless she tells a lie! It isn’t all bad for Callie and Jude, who finally get the news they’ve been hoping for, only a wrong decision may ruin their chances forever.

“I Do” airs Monday at 9:00 pm ET/PT.

Yesterday, ABC Family announced back orders of episodes of The Fosters. The show will return in January 2014.
