The divas from the Peach State are back in a brand new season of Bravo’s hit reality series, The Real Housewives of Atlanta. In the first trailer for the new season, the tension becomes unbearable for a few of the Atlanta Housewives in what looks to be its most scandalous season yet!

The women who put the “D” in diva — Nene Leakes, Kandi Burruss, Phaedra Parks, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore and Porsha Stewart — haven’t lost their edge since season five ended in the spring. Check out the trailer for the sixth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta below:

Once again, the ladies must balance marriage, parenthood, careers and family against the chaos that springs up to tear them down. What’s Nene’s next career move now that The New Normal has come to an end? Will Cynthia and Peter’s financial troubles cause strain on their marriage? What’s next for Porsha as she rebuilds her life post-Kordell? Will Phaedra confront rumors of Apollo’s wandering eye? Is Kandi’s mother correct about the traces of someone other woman’s lipstick (terrible pun, I know) on Todd?

It’s about to get real in Atlanta. Isn’t that right Kandi?
