Last week on The Originals, Marcel stopped by the Mikaelsons’ place and introduced himself to Hayley. Elijah returned home afterward and discovered Hayley was missing. It’s natural to assume that Marcel took her, which seems to be the conclusion the siblings jump to, but is that really the case?
“Bloodletting” focuses on the search for Hayley and the Original siblings waste no time tracking down Marcel and demanding answers. We particularly like watching Rebekah threaten to separate his head from his neck. But we can’t help wondering if maybe Hayley ran off to hide now that Marcel knows about her.
Of course that doesn’t mean she won’t get into trouble. The video preview definitely shows Hayley in a bad situation. We also know that someone from Hayley’s past (presumably Tyler) tells her something that makes her even more concerned for herself and the baby. What could that be? It’s not like Hayley didn’t realize she was living with dangerous vampires.
Elsewhere, Marcel gathers his vampire minions for vampire fight club night, which could lead to one of them winning a daylight ring, something Josh wants very badly. Marcel also has an offer for Rebekah and Davina makes a surprising connection. We’re definitely curious about that one.
