CBS Daytime Posts Double-Digit Ratings Gains in November

Nobody does it better than CBS Daytime. The eye network’s daytime lineup posted double digit ratings gains across the board in total viewers versus this time last year.

Buoyed by a strong lineup comprised of game shows, soap operas and talk shows, CBS Daytime saw its biggest gains with gab fest The Talk up 20% (2.81 million from 2.34 million) and Let’s Make a Deal, up 18% (3.0 million from 2.55 million). The Talk saw gains in key demographics, up 10% in Women 25-54 (1.1 from 1.0) and 25% in Women 18-34 (0.5).

Dramas, The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful saw a combined 26% gain in total viewers, 4.80 million from 4.35 million and 3.71 million from 3.20 million, respectively. While Y&R maintained its W25-34 number (1.9), the series pulled in +10% in total viewers; +8% in W18-49 (1.3 from 1.2) and +40% in W18-34. B&B saw a %16 increase in total viewers; +7% increase in W25-54, and 20% in 18-34.

The Price is Right averaged 5.18 million viewers for the month of November with across the board games in all key-demos.
