On the last episode of The Originals, the ladies of New Orleans took their power back and Rebekah forged a secret alliance with the youngest and most powerful witch in the quarter. But what happens when that power gets to be too much for one girl?

Apres Moi, le Déluge” puts Davina and everyone else in the city in danger when she begins to lose control of the elements of nature that make up her powers. Sophie is quick to point out that the power was never meant to be held by one person and that means the Harvest ritual needs to be completed.

Unfortunately, completing the ritual includes slitting Davina’s throat, something that the people closest to her are not okay with. As the city begins to collapse around them, Klaus proclaims that he’s not going to see it destroyed. Does that mean he’s willing to sacrifice Davina?

In addition to the promo released after the episode, The CW has also provided a producer’s preview and a clip from the episode that makes it clear that Elijah is not okay with his brother’s latest schemes.

Check out all three videos below and then hit the comments and share your thoughts and theories with us! What do you think will happen in the next episode? Who will survive?

The Originals airs Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 8/7c on The CW.
