‘Teen Wolf’ Renewed for Season 5

MTV announced on Thursday to a packed room of screaming fans at San Diego Comic-Con that its hit drama series Teen Wolf has been renewed for a two-part, 20-episode fifth season.

Thursday’s Comic-Con panel marked the fifth consecutive year that “Teen Wolf” took the Con by storm.  Cast members Tyler Posey, Dylan O’Brien, Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden, along with newbies to the pack, Shelley Hennig and Dylan Sprayberry, and Executive Producer Jeff Davis participated in the panel and Q & A session moderated by Buzzfeed Senior Editor, Jarett Wieselman.

Dylan Sprayberry has been promoted to contract status for the show’s fifth season.

Teen Wolf is averaging 1.7 million viewers this season, which premiered to a strong 2.2 million viewers.
