True Blood alum Courtney Ford is joining the cast of ABC’s Revenge later this season.

TVLine reports the actress has landed the recurring role of FBI agent Kate Taylor. Kate arrives in the Hamptons to investigate the murder of Conrad Grayson, who met his end at the hands of the not-so-dead David Clark in the season 3 finale.

Kate is described as pro despite her young age. Her superiors handed her the high-profile case because they know she can get the job done. The breakdown for the character says, “While professionally hardcore, personally she will quickly fall into intrigue — and maybe into bed with one of her colleagues.” Ford is expected to debut in the eighth episode.

Maybe she’ll end up falling into bed with Jack! They’d look good together.

Ford’s prior credits include recurring roles on Murder in the First, Parenthood, and Dexter.
