Soap alum Ashley Jones (ex-Bridget) made her surprise General Hospital debut in the January 29, 2016 episode. Find out which character she’s connected to!
Jones is playing Parker Forsyth, the college professor at the center of a scandal involving Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth). Kristina returned to Port Charles with a big secret, only cluing in sister Sam (Kelly Monaco) on what really happened. It turns out Kristina didn’t handle a breakup with an ex-boyfriend well and fell behind in her classes (which contradicts what she’s told Alexis and Sonny). In a last ditch effort to raise her grade, she propositioned Parker, whom Kristina says gave her signals that she may have been interested. Turns out she wasn’t. Kristina was placed on academic suspension for the semester and has been doing the most to keep it from her parents.
Ashley Jones spoke with Soap Opera Digest about the secrecy involving her character. “They were so secretive about it that I’ve been scared to tell anyone. They made it very clear that Parker’s gender was the reveal and they didn’t want me to give it away.”
As previously mentioned, Jones has played B&B’s Bridget Forrester off and on for 10 years. The actress last appeared during Rick and Maya’s wedding and will make another appearance next month. Prior to B&B, Jones played Megan on The Young and the Restless.

Our Take: Called it! Ashley Jones is a great get. Wouldn’t be opposed to her sticking around for a while.
Anyone else notice how Kristina used gender neutral pronouns to describe her professor? #GH

Ha! You did call it Ryan! Very excited about this story line.
So…..does this mean Kristina is even interested in women or just wanted the grade?
