ABC has announced their upcoming fall 2021 premiere dates for their new and returning series. ABC’s fall schedule is fairly stable with most series returning to the same nights and times they aired last season. The premiere dates are gradual with most premiering in September with a few in early October.

Kicking off the season is Dancing with the Stars when it premieres Monday September 20. After last years successful cast it’ll be exciting to see who joins this season! A week later on Monday September 27, The Good Doctor joins the lineup leading out of Dancing with the Stars.

Comedies return to the lineup Wednesday September 22 with the season premiere of The Goldbergs leading into the reinterpretation of The Wonder Year at 8:30. The Connors returns to its 9:00 time slot and Home Economics slides into the 9:30 slot. A Million Little Things wraps up the night at 10.

Sunday September 26 will see the return of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune on its new night. This will lead into Supermarket Sweep at its new time and the return of The Rookie at 10: America’s Funniest Home Videos will join the night the following week on October 3.

Thursday’s lineup of Station 19, Grey’s Anatomy and Big Sky on its new night will premiere September 30. Big Sky should be a perfect fit with the two Shonda Rhimes series.

Shark Tank and 20/20 will premiere October 8 in their usual Friday time slots.

Lastly, Tuesday October 19 will see the return of The Bachelorette for its second cycle of the year. The usual summer staple will now lead into the new music focused drama Queens.
