Amazon announced that filming on Season 1 of their Lord of The Rings TV series has wrapped and they have set a premiere date. The series will debut on the streamer Friday September 2, 2022. The full title of the series is yet to be announced. 

Showtime has renewed drama The Chi for Season 5 following the Season 4 finale. The series created by Lena Waithe about a group of residents on the South Side of Chicago will return in 2022.

The Mighty Ducks: Game Changes has been renewed for a second season at Disney+. The series is a followup story to the original trilogy of films. A new generations of kids go from unlikely players to competitive in their league. The series starring Lauren Graham and Emilio Estevez will go into production early 2022. 

Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe will be returning to co-host ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 18. The pair stepped in to co-host Season 17 with Katie Thurston, airing right now.

Peacock announced Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol, the Da Vinci Code prequel series, will premiere September 16. In the series, Robert Langdon will have to rescue his mentor and stop a global conspiracy by solving puzzles only he can complete.
